

When I mention OVERPRICED is because you don't get a set pair together when you purchase the lense you have to buy individual lense which is £30 or so. The coloured lense does look nice and realistic but very uncomfortable and overpriced. Horrible experience, can't go out in these. The contacts either wiggles around your eyeball alot (Which is embarrassing), burn or itch my eyes. I wear and clean them correctly and follow the instructions of how to use contacts lenses. I've been wearing contacts for years and never had a problem with other brands in the past. Good luck lenses more like ahahahĮXPENSIVE. Company’s like this should not be able to just damage people and relinquish all responsibility. I will take the necessary legal steps to get justice with this situation. I’m suffering great pain in my eyes and in my head, giving me a headache and blurry vision. I just couldn’t believe they’d sent me this email insinuating that I’m a lying. even though on the trail of emails I’d already stated that “MAYBE I had purchased from “goodlook” lenses before I’m not too sure” they followed the email up with “we will not refund your money and we will not tolerate this kind of behaviour” my jaw agape and my eyes burning. To my surprise I was then contacted by there “fraudulent department” stating I’d made previous purchases and I’d given them the impression that I hadn’t. They said they’d issue me a refund even though I didn’t ask for one. They said to use “Asda normal contact lense solution” which I was already using and sent them the screen shot of it.

I messaged the company to ask them if I was using the right type of solution. I could literally only wear them for only 2 hours before it was unbearable.

I purchased lenses beginning of this month.
